Unique/Distinct Values

To get the unique/distinct values in a specific columns you have two options. You can copy over the unique cells into another location, or you can either remove all the duplicates. Both solutions are outlined below.

1. Highlight your data and select the Data dab
2. Select “Remove Duplicates”
3. Click “OK” within the pop up box.

Copy to another location.png — Copy Unique Cells into Another Location

1. Highlight your data and select the Data dab
2. Select the “Advanced” option
3. Complete the dialog box that pops up. Make sure to tick the Unique Records Only Box.
